§ 184:102 — Injunctions
New Hampshire·Title XIV MILK AND MILK PRODUCTS·Ch. 184 INSPECTION AND SALE OF DAIRY PRODUCTS·Subdivision Milk Sanitation Code
In addition to the provisions of RSA 184:101, the superior court, upon complaint of the commissioner or the attorney general, shall have jurisdiction to restrain and enjoin any act forbidden or declared illegal by this chapter.
