§ 184:80 — Milk Sanitation Board Established

New Hampshire·Title XIV MILK AND MILK PRODUCTS·Ch. 184 INSPECTION AND SALE OF DAIRY PRODUCTS·Subdivision Milk Sanitation Code

There is hereby created an advisory board to be known as the milk sanitation board which shall consist of the following members:

I.The commissioner of agriculture, markets, and food, or his or her designee.
II.The commissioner of the department of health and human services, or his or her designee.
III.The dean of the college of life science and agriculture at the University of New Hampshire, or his or her designee.
IV.An individual who holds a milk plant license.
V.Three individuals who hold valid producer permits. The milk plant licensee and the producer permit holders shall be residents of the state and shall be appointed by the governor with the consent of the council and each shall hold office for a term of 6 years and until his successor shall be appointed and qualified; provided
