Text
The director of licensing may issue a temporary form of any license authorized by this chapter. Temporary licenses shall be valid for the period specified in the license, which shall not exceed 90 days. Temporary licenses may not be renewed. Persons seeking a temporary license under this section shall file an application with the director of licensing which is in such form and contains such information as the commission may establish by rule consistent with the purposes of this chapter.
