Text
County payments due under RSA 169-B:40, 169-C:27 and 169-D:29 shall be paid to the department of health and human services on a monthly basis within 45 days' notice of the amount due to the state. Delinquent payments due under these chapters, with interest at the rate of 12 percent per annum, may be recovered by action in a court of competent jurisdiction against the political subdivision liable therefor or may, at the request of the state agency, be deducted from any other moneys payable to such subdivision by any department or agency of the state.
