Text

I. There are hereby established within the department of health and human services the following bureaus:

(a)Bureau of children.
(b)Bureau of community services.
(c)Bureau of administrative services. II. The commissioner may establish such other bureaus as may be necessary for the efficient performance of the duties prescribed in this chapter.
