New Hampshire Statutes
§ 169-A:5 — Financial Arrangements
The compact administrator, subject to the approval of the governor, may arrange for any payments necessary to discharge financial obligations imposed upon this state by the compact or by any supplementary agreement entered into thereunder, provided that such payments shall be a charge upon the funds of the respective institution involved.
