§ 167:95 — Purposes of the Fund
New Hampshire·Title XII PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE·Ch. 167 PUBLIC ASSISTANCE TO BLIND, AGED, OR DISABLED PERSONS, AND TO DEPENDENT CHILDREN·Subdivision Long-Term Care Assistance Fund
The principal assets and interest earnings from the fund shall be used exclusively by the department of health and human services for the development of the community-based infrastructure needed to implement the community initiatives contained in the department's long-term care plan. No expenditures may be made for the purposes of political or legislative advocacy.
