Text

I. Eligibility for assistance shall be based in part on the equity value of all countable resources available to the assistance group. II. The department shall establish resource limits for applicant and participant assistance groups by rules adopted pursuant to RSA 541-A. III. All resources owned by any member of the assistance group shall be considered as countable unless specifically excluded by paragraph IV. IV. The following resources shall be excluded when determining eligibility for assistance:

(a)The primary residence of the household.
(b)One vehicle per parent or caretaker relative.
(c)Resources belonging to and used solely by a business.
(d)All household possessions.
(e)Any resource that is not legally available to the assistance group.
(f)Farm equipment.
(g)Any other reso
