§ 167:68-a — Home Visiting Programs
New Hampshire·Title XII PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE·Ch. 167 PUBLIC ASSISTANCE TO BLIND, AGED, OR DISABLED PERSONS, AND TO DEPENDENT CHILDREN·Subdivision The Children's Health Plan
Home visiting programs for children and their families established pursuant to this subdivision shall be made available to all Medicaid eligible pregnant women, infants, and families with children up to age one, without restriction. The commissioner shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to administering this section.
