§ 167:4-e — Spend-down Requirements for Medical Expenses

New Hampshire·Title XII PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE·Ch. 167 PUBLIC ASSISTANCE TO BLIND, AGED, OR DISABLED PERSONS, AND TO DEPENDENT CHILDREN
For the purposes of off-setting the Medicaid spend-down requirements, mental health expenses shall be included as medical expenses.
