§ 167:27-c — Cost-of-Living Increases to Residents of Residential Care Facilities and Community Residences
New Hampshire·Title XII PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE·Ch. 167 PUBLIC ASSISTANCE TO BLIND, AGED, OR DISABLED PERSONS, AND TO DEPENDENT CHILDREN
The state shall maintain its minimum supplementary payment levels to recipients of assistance at residential care facilities and community residences in conjunction with supplemental and social security increases. The commissioner of the department of health and human services, shall not decrease the amount of the state's contribution paid to recipients of financial assistance in residential care facilities and community residences because of such supplemental and social security increases.
