§ 167:19 — Local Administration
New Hampshire·Title XII PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE·Ch. 167 PUBLIC ASSISTANCE TO BLIND, AGED, OR DISABLED PERSONS, AND TO DEPENDENT CHILDREN
Each county or town shall pay all costs incurred by its officials when acting as authorized agents of the commissioner of the department of health and human services under this chapter or RSA 161.
