§ 167:18-g — Reimbursement of General Assistance Funds

New Hampshire·Title XII PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE·Ch. 167 PUBLIC ASSISTANCE TO BLIND, AGED, OR DISABLED PERSONS, AND TO DEPENDENT CHILDREN

The department of health and human services shall reimburse each county and town for the amounts paid in general assistance for the cost of prescription drugs for recipients who are later determined to be eligible for medical assistance retroactive to the time when such county or town rendered such assistance.
