Text

Subject to the powers of the business finance authority established under RSA 162-S:3, V to establish rules, requirements, and procedures, the authority shall have all of the powers necessary or convenient to carry out the purposes and provisions of this chapter. In addition to all other powers conferred on the business finance authority under the laws of the state, the business finance authority, acting under this chapter by, through, and as the national finance authority, and further subject to the powers of the business finance authority established under RSA 162-S:3, V, shall have power to do any of the following in connection with bonds issued under this chapter:

I.Adopt policies for the regulation of its affairs and the conduct of the business of the authority.
