Text
The council shall meet at least once every 3 months, but may meet more often as it shall determine. The chairman shall prepare and deliver an agenda to all members at least 7 days in advance of each meeting. The council shall provide a copy of the minutes from each meeting to the senate president, the speaker of the house of representatives, the long range capital planning and utilization committee, and the governor and council.
