Text
Except as provided in this section, all records and papers pertaining to licenses issued pursuant to RSA 158:9-b and any hearing conducted pursuant to RSA 158:9-e, IV, shall be open to the inspection of any person. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, the commissioner of safety may refuse to release any information or may exclude the public from any portion of a hearing if he determines that the information or hearing concerns the storage of explosives or other matters which, if made available to the public, would jeopardize public safety.
