Text
Any person who shall knowingly violate, or cause to be violated, any provision of this subdivision, or any regulation made by the commissioner of transportation in pursuance thereof, shall, except as otherwise provided, be guilty of a class B felony if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person.
