§ 158:38 — False Reports as to Explosives
New Hampshire·Title XII PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE·Ch. 158 EXPLOSIVES AND EXPLOSIVE SUBSTANCES·Subdivision Unlawful Use of Explosives
Any person who knowingly communicates a report known by him to be false regarding the location of an explosive or other similar dangerous substance or contrivance, thereby causing anxiety, unrest, fear, or personal discomfort to any person, shall be guilty of a class B felony.
