Text
They shall notify and hear all parties interested, and may thereupon direct such alterations as may be necessary in any building or hall in accordance with such bylaws or regulations, and may order such building or hall to be closed until the alterations are made. The proceedings of such hearing shall be recorded in the records of the town or district.
