Text

In addition to any bylaws or regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter, the town or village district or selectmen shall require that no double door in any building open to the public, where 2 doors are in one doorway, be locked, bolted or otherwise fastened so that both doors cannot be opened from the inside by the use of the ordinary door knob or by pressure on the door or on a panic release device.
