Text

The chief fireward, engineer or fire chief shall keep, or cause to be kept, in order all apparatus provided by the town for the extinguishment of fires and the mitigation of other emergencies, and shall cause all cisterns and sources of water prepared for the fire department to be fully supplied and kept in order within the available funds. Such individual shall annually report to the town the condition of all apparatus under the individual's care belonging to the town, and the amount expended for repairs on such apparatus.
