§ 151:9-b — Immunizations by Hospitals, Residential Care Facilities, Adult Day Care Facilities, and Assisted Living Facilities

New Hampshire·Title XI HOSPITALS AND SANITARIA·Ch. 151 RESIDENTIAL CARE AND HEALTH FACILITY LICENSING
I.All hospitals, residential care facilities, adult day care facilities, and assisted living facilities licensed under this chapter shall document evidence of immunization against influenza, for all consenting patients in accordance with the current recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention with respect to indications such as age, timing, dosing, and administration. Immunization of all consenting patients shall be subject to the availability of an adequate supply of the necessary vaccine, and subject to exemptions for medical contraindications and religious beliefs.
