§ 147:9 — Penalty
New Hampshire·Title X PUBLIC HEALTH·Ch. 147 NUISANCES; TOILETS; DRAINS; EXPECTORATION; RUBBISH AND WASTE
Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with the provisions of RSA 147:8 shall be guilty of a violation for each day of neglect or refusal, after notice as provided in RSA 147:4.
