§ 147:12 — Sewer Fees
New Hampshire·Title X PUBLIC HEALTH·Ch. 147 NUISANCES; TOILETS; DRAINS; EXPECTORATION; RUBBISH AND WASTE
Nothing in the preceding sections shall be construed as permitting a rental, license, or other sewer fee that is unreasonable in the opinion of the local board of health.
