Text
The commissioner of the department of health and human services shall, in addition to the rules and ordinances of the health officers of towns, adopt other rules pursuant to RSA 541-A, as in the commissioner's judgment the public good requires, and the rules shall be enforced by the department of health and human services and local boards of health. The department of health and human services may also enforce, concurrently with towns, the other provisions of this chapter.
