Text
I.Test results shall be promptly provided by the licensed laboratory in a written report to the applicant's physician, physician associate, or advanced practice registered nurse and the source individual's physician, physician associate, or advanced practice registered nurse.
II.The applicant's physician, physician associate, or advanced practice registered nurse shall notify the applicant of the test results.
III.The source individual's physician, physician associate, or advanced practice registered nurse shall notify the source individual of the test results.
