§ 14:39 — Proposed Bills
New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 14 LEGISLATIVE OFFICERS AND PROCEEDINGS·Subdivision Printing of Bills Before Legislature Convenes
Any senator-elect or representative-elect, after the day of his election, may file with the director of legislative services any proposed bill he desires to introduce. The director shall notify, immediately after the biennial election, each senator-elect and representative-elect of the provisions of this section and of the bill drafting service available in the office of legislative services. The clerk of the house and of the senate, respectively, shall cause sufficient copies of each bill to be printed, and shall make copies available to persons who request them.
