New Hampshire Statutes
§ 14:11 — Preservation of Papers of General Court
The clerks of each house at the close of each session shall properly classify, arrange, file and preserve all papers in their possession, except that all bills and joint resolutions having final action shall be deposited by them with the secretary of state, who shall preserve them.
