Text
The legislative budget assistant with the approval of the fiscal committee may appoint a deputy legislative budget assistant and such other assistants as he may require within the limits of the appropriation made for his department on recommendation of the fiscal committee. The deputy legislative budget assistant shall perform such duties as may be determined by the legislative budget assistant and may be dismissed by the legislative budget assistant with the approval of the fiscal committee for good cause shown. The legislative budget assistant shall also have the authority with the approval of the fiscal committee to hire on a temporary basis such expert consultants, including but not being limited to certified public accountants and data processing experts, as are necessary to carry out
