§ 14:3 — Clerks

New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 14 LEGISLATIVE OFFICERS AND PROCEEDINGS
The clerks of the senate and house of representatives shall keep a true and fair record of all proceedings of their respective branches. The proceedings in convention shall be recorded only in the journal of the house.
