Text
In case any one of the clerks, assistant clerks, stenographers, mileage clerks, attaches or other employees of the senate or house of representatives shall be absent from his or her duties, his or her compensation shall be suspended during said absence from duty, unless the presiding officers of the senate or the presiding officers of the house of representatives shall otherwise determine, for good cause shown.
