Text
The compensation of the assistant clerks of the senate and of the house shall be set at a rate to be determined by the appropriate house or senate subcommittees of the legislative facilities committee as established by RSA 17-E:5. The president of the senate or the speaker of the house, as the case may be, shall determine what days the assistant clerk shall be in attendance.
