§ 132:14 — Limitation of Provisions
New Hampshire·Title X PUBLIC HEALTH·Ch. 132 PROTECTION FOR MATERNITY AND INFANCY·Subdivision Maternal, Child Health, and Services for Children With Special Health Care Needs
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as authorizing any public official, agent, or representative, in carrying out any provision of this chapter, to take charge of any child, or to provide services to any child, over the objection of either the father or the mother of such child, or of the person standing "in loco parentis" to such child, except pursuant to a proper court order. Nothing in this chapter shall affect the operation of RSA 186 or 200 or any other law providing maternal or child health services.
