§ 126:24-a — Definitions
New Hampshire·Title X PUBLIC HEALTH·Ch. 126 HEALTH STATISTICS·Subdivision Bureau of Health Statistics and Data Management and Vital Records Privacy Board for Health-Related Research
In this chapter:
I."Board" means the vital records privacy board for health-related research, established in RSA 126:24-e.
II."Commissioner" means the commissioner of the department of health and human services.
III."Department" means the department of health and human services.
