§ 125:11 — Public Buildings
New Hampshire·Title X PUBLIC HEALTH·Ch. 125 GENERAL PROVISIONS·Subdivision Department of Health and Human Services
The commissioner of the department of health and human services shall take cognizance of the sanitary condition of all public buildings, hospitals, penal institutions, and facilities for the detention of minors, whether state or county.
