§ 122:3 — Application of Laws
New Hampshire·Title IX ACQUISITION OF LANDS BY UNITED STATES; FEDERAL AID·Ch. 122 ACQUISITION OF LAND BY UNITED STATES FOR FLOOD CONTROL AND NAVIGATION
RSA 121 shall not apply to the acquisition of land or interests in lands by the United States in accordance with the provisions hereof.
