§ 121:2 — Land Use Board
New Hampshire·Title IX ACQUISITION OF LANDS BY UNITED STATES; FEDERAL AID·Ch. 121 ACQUISITION OF LANDS BY UNITED STATES FOR PURPOSES OF PUBLIC CONSERVATION, FORESTRY, RECREATION, EXPERIMENTATION OR DEMONSTRATION
There shall be a land use board consisting of the members of the planning and development commission. The members of the board shall serve without compensation. They shall establish reasonable rules of procedure and shall keep written records.
