Text
The commissioner of the department of natural and cultural resources may transfer funds for any specific purposes to funds for other purposes within and among the appropriations for the operation of Cannon Mountain. The commissioner shall report annually 60 days after the close of each fiscal year to the fiscal committee of the general court and the governor and council all transfers accomplished under the provisions of this section. The provisions of this section shall not be subject to RSA 9:17-a and RSA 9:17-c.
