Text
All of the functions, powers, duties, personnel, records, and property of the former division of parks are hereby transferred to the division of parks and recreation of the department of natural and cultural resources. Whenever reference is made to the division of parks in the statutes, it shall henceforth be construed to mean the division of parks and recreation.
