§ 12-A:25 — Mountain Manager
New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 12-A DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL AND CULTURAL RESOURCES·Subdivision State Ski Operations
The commissioner of natural and cultural resources shall appoint a mountain manager for Cannon Mountain, who shall serve at the pleasure of the commissioner. This position shall be an unclassified position.
