Text
The adjutant general shall file with the governor, the senate president, and the speaker of the house on or before October 1 of each year a report to the legislature, setting forth the operations and condition of the cemetery, a detailed account of all moneys received and expended on its behalf since the last report, any recommendations for additional legislation, and such other relevant matters as the adjutant general shall determine.
