§ 110-B:10 — Emergency Purchases for the National Guard
New Hampshire·Title VIII PUBLIC DEFENSE AND VETERANS' AFFAIRS·Ch. 110-B DEPARTMENT OF MILITARY AFFAIRS AND VETERANS SERVICES
Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, in emergencies, the adjutant general may purchase such necessities as are required for the immediate use and care of any command of the national guard; and the governor shall draw his warrant for the necessary sums from any funds not otherwise appropriated.
