Text
The adjutant general is authorized to effect such insurance upon property of the United States, in the hands of the state for the use of the national guard, as may be deemed advisable. The governor, with the advice and consent of the council, is authorized to draw a warrant upon any money in the treasury available for military purposes, or not otherwise appropriated, for such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this section.
