Text
The adjutant general shall issue such military property as may be prescribed by regulations. Obsolete ordinance property belonging to the state may be issued by the adjutant general with the approval of the governor to municipalities and to educational, patriotic and charitable organizations under such conditions as may be prescribed by regulations issued pursuant to this chapter.
