I.

(a)There is hereby established an enhanced 911 commission consisting of 19 members, including the director of the division of fire standards and training and emergency medical services or designee, the commissioner of the department of energy or designee, the commissioner of the department of safety or designee, a public member, a police officer experienced in responding to emergency calls, a representative of the disabled community, and one active member recommended by each of the following organizations, nominated by the governor with the approval of the council:
(1)Fairpoint.
(2)New Hampshire Association of Fire Chiefs.
(3)New Hampshire Association of Chiefs of Police.
(4)New Hampshire Federation of Fire Mutual Aids.
(5)New Hampshire Municipal Association.
(6)New Hampshire She
