Text
All decisions by the commissioner affecting licensing shall be mailed by certified mail to the applicant's last known address. Appeals from such decisions to the superior court shall be permitted as a matter of right, if taken within 30 days after the date received. In any such appeal the right to trial by jury shall be obtained, if requested in advance. No appeal taken from a decision of the commissioner shall suspend the operation or effect of such decision unless so ordered by a justice of the superior court.
