Text

The chief deputy, all deputy sheriffs and special deputy sheriffs of Strafford county shall report annually to the sheriff the number of civil writs and other processes served, and said reports shall include the total amounts collected in fees and mileage charges. Such annual reports shall be incorporated into the sheriff's annual report to the county commissioners.
