Text
The sheriff of Hillsborough county shall employ such clerk hire as he deems necessary. The salaries of said clerk or clerks shall be paid by the county, provided, however, that the amount of salaries so paid shall not exceed the amount appropriated by the county delegation for said clerk hire.
