Text

(1)No individual, sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability company, or corporation shall manufacture, sell, print, or distribute lottery equipment or supplies for use or play in this state without having first been issued a manufacturer-distributor license by the department.
(2)The department shall charge a biennial license fee of one thousand five hundred twenty-five dollars for the issuance or renewal of a manufacturer-distributor license. The department shall remit the proceeds from such license fees to the State Treasurer for credit to the Charitable Gaming Operations Fund. All manufacturer-distributor licenses may be renewed biennially. The biennial expiration date shall be September 30 of every odd-numbered year or such other date as the department may prescribe by rule
