Text
The Nebraska Training and Support Cash Fund is created. The fund terminates on July 1, 2025, and the State Treasurer shall transfer any money in the fund on such date to the Workforce Development Program Cash Fund. Grants awarded from the Nebraska Training and Support Cash Fund prior to the transfer but remaining unpaid on July 1, 2025, may be paid from the Workforce Development Program Cash Fund if all conditions of the grant award have been met.
